It was great to get to play at one of my old work colleagues Wedding tonight. Iain and Kate were married at The magnificent St Georges Hall then moved over to the very swish Hope street Hotel, Liverpool for the reception where The Deltatones were waiting to rock their socks off.

I had worked with Iain for a couple of years over at Federation House, before the guitar became a job and I was made up when he booked us for his big day.

Kate and Iain requested some great songs and we even got to dust off ‘Mr Blue Sky’ by ELO for their set. Great seeing so many familiar faces in the crowd too.  A lovely local gig for us.
